“I’m just back from a wonderful yoga weekend retreat hosted by an outstanding yoga teacher Aoife Moriarty.   The whole weekend was carefully and thoughtfully planned by Aoife.   The retreat was situated in a beautiful setting – an old schoolhouse- which  lent  itself to a perfect ambience for a  yoga space, with warm fires, candles, blankets and mats.  Healthy breakfasts options and snacks were also on offer!  Aoife provided different types of yoga classes , which included slow flow hatha yoga, yin, dynamic vinyasa yoga and meditation. The music which accompanied each session was well chosen and added to the whole experience.  I felt very comfortable, safe and confident in the expertise of Aoife’s knowledge. As a result  I was able to challenge myself in furthering my yoga skills.   After the retreat, I felt totally chilled and re- energized ready to tackle the busy weeks coming up to Christmas!
Thank you Aoife!”

“Thank you for hosting a wonderful weekend.  It was filled with high performance yoga.  Aoife’s classes are fun while simultaneously challenging.    They are also dynamic, spiritual, well taught with great care and supervision – very impressive.  She is a skilled, competent and a practical teacher.  It was one of the best yoga retreats I have attended”

Aoife provides a thoroughly enjoyable yoga class. It’s really well planned and moves with how the participants are feeling. She has an excellent knowledge of yoga and understanding of the body. Her classes achieve flow in the movements and positions. I definitely recommend her as a teacher. I always felt like I had made the right choice taking her sunrise yoga class first thing in the morning – great start to the day.

“My husband and I started yoga classes with Aoife a year ago and we are looking forward to every class ever since as Aoife is an amazing teacher.  Each class is unique and very well planned and Aoife creates a calm and supportive learning environment. Unlike other forms of exercise I have tried, yoga with Aoife never seems like a chore, and I like the feeling that I am making progress physically and mentally. Thank you Aoife so much for introducing us to yoga.”

“We ran ‘Yoga for Parents’ with Aoife this year. She arrived prepared and with all the necessary resources, with a different focus each week. The parents reported that she gave all of herself to the class. They learned a lot about themselves and their bodies, and made new friends in the process. Aoife is very clear and calm, she has a real sense of the importance of self care for parents. This impacts hugely on their children. We can’t wait to get her back next year.”
