Inspired by roaring fires, Christmas songs sung on the radio at our grandparents houses as children, Nat King Cole, Ella Kitzgerald, Sinatra and Joni Mitchell, this Yin and Restorative Yoga class will draw from the repertoire of Christmas songs sung before 1977.  Yep.  Crack open the port and wheel of Stilton.  We like it ‘oldie worldie’. 

Also, for our second Dublin installment, expect voices as well as the piano.  This will take place at Knoxhall, Monkstown, Sunday 10th December from 3pm to 5pm.  Expect to be guided into a challenging Yin practice followed by a deep Restorative practice.
